This is a wonderful & brief meditation that can be used at any time & as frequently as needed for rapid stress relief & calming. It signals to the mind to breathe out stressful thoughts & feelings of worry or anxiety and breathe in relaxation & peacefulness. As the mind recognizes and receives these positive mental commands, so the body begins to follow in the form of balancing of hormonal responses and a decrease in the stress response, as well as an increase in healthy deep-breathing and overall bodily calm & well-being.
This meditation is the 2nd one in the meditation series and is yet another simple and concise technique I would like to share that is used
for centering and focusing the mind. This meditation is great for developing and gradually increasing the space and expansiveness in our mind and that helps us to see our thoughts and feelings as they arise and then make wise choices as to which thoughts to follow and which to simply let go of. As you develop this mental agility, you will find that you are more able to just let go of debilitating and destructive thoughts and free yourself from the fear, anxiety and stress that they lead to!

Also remember, its a powerful element of the meditation to introduce healing lights and colors as their vibrations strengthen any the area of your body and mind that needs attention (i.e., purple and violent help our sense of connection to your Higher Self and the Universe as well as strengthening concentration and intuition; blue is potent for general healing as well as the increasing our power to speak from a place of strength and truth, as well as balancing the throat & thyroid; green emanates love and helps us develop your ability to connect with and love ourselves and others).
